Look, admittedly the place is a bit bizarre. It's like you just stepped into 1972. But once you get past that, they really know what they're doing and they do great work with good quality parts. They've installed hitches on my last three cars and have always been very pleased with the quality of the job. They also stock a huge range of parts to help you out of a jam.
Bought Trailer for an emergency; their team was helpful and efficient. They handed me a free ball for trailer, and other parts. I was glad for their expertise and helpfulness. They saved the day!
They are thieves one guy charges me $4.00 for an item 20min later another guy charges me $12.00 for the same item ,I ask why they say we charge what we think it's worth. Ridiculous thieves

I've seen them help other customers that happened to be there while I was waiting; broken axles, bearings, brakes etc., pretty amazing stuff.
If I could give this company zero stars I would. For starters, they charged my credit card twice. Then I returned to the store because they sold me the wrong parts. They were unable to find the correct ones I needed and proceeded to tell me that the parts "didn't exist". Meanwhile, I went down the street and was able to order what I needed at an auto parts store for less money.
Would give zero stars if I could. Went in with my husband who's father is a mechanic and who has worked on cars, trucks, trailers, quads all his life -- when he asked for a specific part and accidentally misspoke the name of it, he was spoken to in an outrageously condescending manner right off the bat. Both Andrew (owner maybe?) and young man working at the register were disgustingly demeaning from that point on. I understand they misunderstood what my husband already had to attach his trailer but instead of politely trying to work it out with him or letting him just give him their business even if he for some reason he didn't know he was doing they spoke to him like he was an idiot. Their attitude was not how you handle your customers. Assholes.
Prices are always very reasonable.
They have no social skills and lack any basic sense of customer service. Avoid this business (if you could even call it that) at all costs. I received nothing but an attitude from every employee in the place.
This is the only company I have ever complained about. Don't waste your time or energy here!
