Good experience overall with all the people at my local branch. Chris the manager at the enterprise I go to In Commack NY always is helpful and tries to accommodate my needs with the most reasonable pricing option for the intended use of the rental. Most recently I had an issue upon returning a vehicle at another location were they were attempting too charge me for using an additional 500 miles. Upon learning this I contacted Chris the next business day and before needing to explain, he had already dealt with the issue knowing my itinerary for the weekend did not include going a large amount of miles. As we had spoke upon picking up the vehicle as to the intended use of the rental vehicle for that weekend. Which resulted in me not getting charged for significant extra mileage that I had not used. I always use enterprise for rentals and will continue.
The customer service at this location is excellent. The staff are willing to go above and beyond to give you what you want if they can.
With their pick-up/drop off service, who can beat them? Great customer service on-site with really fun personalities. Enjoy your next rental and go with this office if in the Commack area.
Unfortunately they did not have any full sized sedans when I picked up the rental. I called back a couple times to change it out, and the staff never lost patience with me. They went out of their way to make it happen.
The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They were very accommodating. I was able to upgrade on the spot, which I thought was very convenient. Will definitely rent from them again!

Out of all of the choices one has on Long Island to rent a car, this Enterprise office in Commack is the best. They are a small office, yet have a very good selection of fine cars. As for upgrades, they will work with you to get a car that delivers an experience for you.
