After looking high and low for a pediatric Dentist for my 5 year old daughter, i found this place trough google. I have to say that after a bad experience with another dentist, This was the best find ever the staff is great and is one of the only clinics that will give me an app on a Saturday! She did not get to see the owner Dr. Juarez but instead Dr.Elayne S Pappas. And she was great!! my daughter is actually looking forward to see her again it was a great experience!!!
People beware!!! Dishonest, Will deceive you to come in to get your money! I had been under the care of all about smiles while my insurance provider changed. I was told by the office manage Angela that they accept one of the two plans that my new plan was under. She instructed me to call my insurance company and email her the payment schedule so she could confirm that the services would be covered. I did so and she called me back and told me the basic cleaning and xrays would be covered except for the co-pay. After the confirmation I took my twins in the office and had the work done. I spoke with Angela again and she assured me that everything was covered and would be fine. About 3 months later I get a bill in the mail from “All about Smiles” for 280.00 dollars. The bill was about almost the entire cost of the visit and it stated that only about 20% had been covered by the insurance company. I than called Angela and she told me don’t worry I will resubmit and see what happens. I said well you told me I was covered and you were a provider and she said yes I know let me just see what happens. After about 3 more times of bills being sent and her giving me the same story she finally admitted to me that I was not covered and they were not a provider and I was responsible for the bill. Again I reminded her that she had me provide the payment schedule and she said I was covered… She said “well we only submit and they cover what they cover”. I told her that I have dental insurance and would not have gone to a facility that was not a provider. I have full coverage for check-ups and xrays. I told her that they was their fault and should take the loss. She said no and told me that they would be sending to collection agency which they have now done. I am being harassed by these people for something that was clearly the fault of ANGELA.
Awesome experience! We've been taking our children to All About Smiles for several years now... always happy. In fact, when we tell our kids that they have a dental appointment, they are pumped! Can't wait to go. Really can't say enough positive things about this pediatric dentistry. Oh and ANGELA is AMAZING! So helpful, so HONEST! Always up front about costs and lets us know immediately what items may or may not be covered by insurance. A true professional and an absolute pleasure to see when we go. Bravo!!!
My girls started going about a year ago and had a fine experience. Recently I had an emergency due to my 2 year old falling and two of her teeth being pushed back into her gums.. I must say everyone went above and beyond for my daughter. They were all so kind and did everything to make my daughter comfortable! AND it was a Saturday!
My boys are nervous about going to any doctor. They not only felt as ease, everyone in the office was so nice and the doctor was great with the kids. They now enjoy going to the dentist. The atmosphere is very appealing to any child and extremely clean.
