As for their whole roasted chicken, the staff used to thoroughly cook the chicken, now I find chicken that has not been thoroughly cooked.
I think it's time to shop at a shoprite that has a better handle on the day to day operations of its store.
Been in commack for two weeks and visited here about once a day for breakfast and coffee.. Great staff no complaints.. There's is guy by the name of john.. Usually works the food court good guy great charisma very helpful... Best of luck john
Greenfield ShopRites are the best run stores by far, especially Commack store. Other non Greenfield stores should take lessons on how a supermarket should be run. Especially the Deer Park store
Love shop rite of Commack.... best service/customer care. Many great produces and products. The deli has so many choices of deli meats plus cooked meats,there's a little Chinese restaurant section for cook foods also with a sushi station then there's the grill station for daily breakfasts such as bacon eggs & cheeses sandwiches,grill cheese,many different types of chicken sandwiches etc. There's a fresh bakery with any choices of cakes an bake goods. The meat & also fish department.......so much more I can say....you have to see for yourself.
Why should I have to see if the entire fried chicken is in the container? On more than one occasion when I arrived home my whole fried chicken was missing the breast! Why can't they seal the container so others cannot remove chicken pieces. I assume that is the reason, or could it be the container is not being properly filled?
ShopRite of Commack is a well run establishment. Courteous service at the deli counter. Floor staff also helpful when I've needed items not on the shelves.
