This is just for shopping and Benefit Brow Bar, but I saw the negative reviews while searching for salon reviews and had to speak up. This Ulta is always well stocked and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They really know their stuff and if they can't answer your question, they will find someone who will! I have never been steered wrong at this location.
I visited the Brow Bar today and met Kayla. I've never had anything waxed before and only just recently came out as transgender. She was amazingly gentle and extremely supportive. What an amazing experience. Thank you.
