Love the JKD class with Steve Psihos
I started going to UFC Gym in Commack in July. I took a trial class with one of my best friends and instantly fell in love - I ended up signing up right away. All the instructors are extremely knowledgeable on technique and all skill levels. They're always willing to help and answer any questions you might have. The classes they offer here are challenging and push you to the max but it's really rewarding. I find myself looking forward to coming here to get my workout in. I love all the instructors here they make me feel like family!!
The people were very rude to me. I saw the free class advertisement so I went to check it out. I made the appointment and then when I got there they said I needed to get my parent to sign because I was under 18. Then I wasn't allowed to do the class because my mom had to stay and watch so at the end she could sign up for a membership. I just wanted to try a kickboxing class here but they were rude about it and wouldn't let me do it unless I signed up for a membership. The advertisement said try a free class there was no mention of having to join or having to be a certain age. Will not be going back.
best place ever... always something to do... trainers are friendly n most importantly, cool, fun and east to talk to... i enjoyed this place so much i’d stay a full 8hrs as if i worked there, lol, and i was just there training hard n all day. great place, great vibes.. sad i had to move on in life and i no longer am a member... but i recommend UFC gym Commack if u want to a good workout n some fun
